More bad news for the Dallas Metroplex. As we are seeing demand for New Homes falling off here as well. It has taken longer for the Deep recession to hit here but it finally has.
And starts of homes plunged even further – down more than 50 percent from second quarter 2008, Dallas housing analyst Residential Strategies said Tuesday.
This is bad news indeed.
